Setting up your email account with Outlook 2007
Using Windows Mail? Using Outlook XP/2003?
Before starting:
- Make sure your domain name loads. If it doesn’t load your your email account wont work.
- Make sure you have setup your email accounts at www.jaymunda.com/cpanel .
You are now ready to begin setting up your email accounts.
- Open Outlook
- Go to “Tools” and click on “Account Settings”

- An “Account Settings” window will pop up. Click on “New…”

- Select “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP” and Click “Next”

- Skip the fields at the top and check to box next to “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” and click “Next“

- Select “Internet E-Mail” and Click “Next“

- Enter the following in the boxes provided:
Your name: Enter Your Full Name
Email Address: Your full email address. Example: “john@yourdomain.com”
Account Type: Select POP3
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
User Name: your full email address.
Example: “john@yourdomain.com“
Password: Your password is provided by Jaymunda
(Passwords are case-sensitive)
Click “Next“

- Click “More Settings…“
- Click More Settings, then choose “Outgoing Server” from the tabs at the top of this window.
Check the box next to “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.“
Select “Log on using” and enter your full email address again as your User Name
Enter your password again.

- Just click OK, then Next and you’re done!
