When speaking to people about your business and products, direct them to something on your website!
Here’s an example from my own daily routine:
On Jaymunda’s website, we have a diagram which explains our approach to building websites. When someone needs to know how we work, I direct the person to go to www.jaymunda.com/services and use that as a jump-off point for the rest of the explanation. (Go ahead, click it- it’ll make your day!)
This isn’t the only way I get people on our website. For instructions on how to set up your email go to www.jaymunda.com/support, for our hosting prices go to www.jaymunda.com/hosting, to make a payment on your invoice, you got it… go to www.jaymunda.com/payments.
Your homework for this week: Think of as many useful things you can put on your website for your clients and prospects and then direct them to it!
